A 5-minute strength training workout for your voice to get your ready for a presentation, singing, or any type of performance.

Description

In order to perform at your best, you need to warm up your voice. These exercises will help improve your pitch, pace, pause, and projection.

To start, you'll read a poem and record your baseline. You'll then complete several exercises before repeating the poem and comparing the difference in your voice with the first recording.

The key areas in these exercises include:

  • Breathing
  • Flexibility and coordination
  • Articulation
  • Projection and vibrance of tone

The vocal and speech exercises can be accessed from your web browser, no installation or download is required. You can also access the scenarios from virtual reality, if you have a VR headset.
