Description
The most difficult and risky media encounter is the media ambush. It's a situation where you are not expecting to encounter journalists, but they are looking for a spokesperson and they find you.
There is no time to prepare and it can be a very stressful situation. In addition, there is no structure or ground rules, questions can be thrown at you from all directions. Reporters may even know more at that time than you do.
In this exercise, you'll practice dealing with a media ambush in a hotel lobby, just as you exit the elevator.
